Base Station Offline again. Tried resetting the system and restarting the internet.

I continue to have issues with my base station going offline. I charge or replace the batteries, they find the base station again and then a few days later the base station goes back offline. I have tried to reset the system, restart my internet but nothing helps. This is probably the 10th time I have had to deal with this issue. Anyone know how I can fix it so it stays working?

What are the LEDs showing? If normal (all green) the system is working. Try force closing the app and reopen it as well as trying a browser.

Yes, all of the lights are indeed green. I have tried to kill the app numerous times, nothing seems to help.
