I have at least a 2 to 3 minute lag that I cannot get rid of during the live viewing. I bought the cameras to use a surveillance system for an elderly patient with dementia. We do not have 2 to 3 minutes to waste. So that is very disappointing. I also do not get notified when he moves. I have the motion sensitivity set all the way to 100 and I get no text. Also it doesn't record anything anymore unless I do it manually. Very very let down with the system

I can see 2-3 seconds, but not the delay you mentioned....something def not right.
what data speed rates do you have.?
