I'm trying to share my cameras with my partner. I have granted her access via the app settings and she is showing as "pending".

 

When she receives the email she clicks on the link and the selects log in (she has already created an account). she enters her details and all we get is the error message "something went wrong". We've tried on the app and PC and also used a different email address and tried to create a new account when following the link in the email but still get the same error. Any ideas as i'm fast losing my temper with it.

I am having the same issue, I confirmed they can sign in without my share link. But as soon as they try the share device invite they cannot sign in becasue something went wrong
