Hello. This is for the arlo pro base station vmb 4000. After the offline issue was fixed - and it was determined that was caused by usb devices plugged into base stations we resumed local recordings. But after checking my usb all the recording files are unplayable. There is no application to play the files they are all 801 mb size and meta format. Has anyone had this issue? We are trying a different usb device now but we had weeks of recordings and all the files are the same. The recordings are also not in any real order it’s very hard to look through and find a specific recording also.
