More of an fyi than a question, after much frustration I discovered that the arlo system is not compatible with At&t’s new fixed wireless internet service.
The issue is due to at&t not allowing port forwarding on the service.
If you have At&t fixed wireless internet service do not purchase an arlo pro camera system.

Fixedwireless,
Thanks for sharing. You can find more information on this here: AT&T Fixed wireless internet missing port forwarding setting
For more information on Arlo minimum requirements, see here: What are the minimum requirements for installing and using my Arlo system?

I actually have the VMB4000 base station. I am able to use Arlo and here is how it worked.
1. I deleted my base station and cameras.
2. I added the base and cameras while I was hooked up to HughesNet (I was changing from HughesNet and had a few days left on the subscription after I had at&t fixed wireless internet installed)
3. Plugged the base into my fixed wireless internet modem.
4. Logged out of my app and logged back in.
5. Everything works.
I could not add my device or cameras while on fixed wireless internet and spent several hours with tech support.
It seems that installing the devices without using the at&t modem worked.
I hope this helps someone.
