First of every month the app will not show any recordings

I'm in Australia and on the first of every month the app will not show any recordings. I have to wait until the 2nd of the month before the library will click over to the next month. I'm assuming this is because it is a US app and the US is almost a day behind Australian time. I've been using Arlo now for over a year and it's always been the same. Anyone else have the same problem or is it something I'm missed doing? Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Is your system set for the correct time zone? Do you need to scroll the library forward to the next month?

thanks for the reply Steve, there is no where for me to set my time/location. I've tried many time to scroll the library forward, it will not let me do it until the 2nd day of the month.
