I Cannot Add Arlo Pro On App Platform

had to delete device, now trying to add device back on from Android app platform. the Arlo WiFi highlights blue but does not take me to second page as it does when other devices are selected.

You don't need to use the app to do this. Just briefly press the base sync button (don't hold it) and then press the camera sync button. That should work fine.

thanks for the reply, we have done what you said multiple times to no avail.... no blue LED lights happens. one long Amber then two fast Ambers.

Charge the battery. An amber flash indicates a weak/dead battery. There's an FAQ here on how to reactivate a totally dead battery if that's the problem. You also try swapping batteries around if you have multiple cameras to see if the problem stays with the battery.

had to return the defective unit and re-install the new one after much trouble shooting with a tele-tech.
