My Arlo Pro VMB4000r3 wants a firmware update to version 1.12.2.4_2772 but every time I click “update” it fails.  Without updating, my cameras will not work.

Hi @KristineWilliam

Are you still experiencing this issue updating your base station?

After two (2) hard reboots it finally worked.

I'm glad you got it working.  For anyone else who reads this thread, if that doesn't work for them,  I had to power off my base (unplug for 2 min) before the update seemed to take.   When I powered it back up, it was fine.

I solved my firmware upgrade fails by turning unplugging my Cm1000, AX4 and the Arlo base then plugging them all back in one by one.

HI @Sammar

This may require a few Reboots & standing by. The base should update itself.
