Geofencing still broke - Arlo Pro 2 / Samsung S8

[UK] Geofencing has been completely broke for months now on my Samsung S8. i relied on that feature to save my battery drain. Every update I re-check hoping it's sorted but it never is.

 

It always says my device is Out Of Zone even though its in the circle and location etc is enabled. Tried all that reboot reset resync blah blah too

 

I see a bunch of posts regarding this issue marked as 'Solved' and the solution seems to be a post with a U.S. based survey (?) or a 'new update', which solved nothing for me.


Can someone explain what's going on? Is this fix beyond them and I should just give up?
