Base station cannot be found

My base station can no longer be found. I have restarted and reset the station and I have also deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Nothing seems to be working and Arlo aren’t responding. Can anyone help?

First, with the reset, did you hold the rest for 10 sec till the leds flashed?

Second , try a browser at the web access over app...see if that works.

  1. Hi @TomMac, I have done this and it’s still not working. I am also trying to currently get on via the website rather than the app and it’s not actually allowing me to click on that section ☹️

Hey! Yes I worked after I reset twice. Seems to be working perfectly fine ☺️
