I am just setting up my new Arlo system (it is Model # VMB4000) which isn't included in the drop down list above) at home today after installing one a couple of months ago at our business. I see that I need to update firmware, yet it keeps failing when I tried doing it through the app. I called support and they told me to try it through my laptop. I can't seem to find anywhere on this site to update the firmware. Help!
