Dates info on downloaded videos

I downloaded videos from cloud to my phone and from phone to laptop. The dates shows that of today instead of the one when it was actually recorded. This defeats the purpose of video camera which is mainly used for security and self protection. What should I do , I tried to check properties/get info on Mac but it still shows all the details dated today instead of the original one when it was actually recorded.

Please let me know how should I get past this. My app is latest downloaded today.

Look t the file name... it looks like  1568968882768.mp4

The number is the date and time in EPOCH time ( computer time )

to convert to human time use  https://www.epochconverter.com/

above file name turns into
