Since the upgrade and the logo went from green and white to blue and green the cameras record movement, I can see the view of the cameras, but the clips are not saved in my library, rendering Arlo useless. My home HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO. I need my cameras to work properly. What needs to be done? Thank you.

Are you live viewing when the subject appears? the camera will not capture any motion while live viewing, you will need to manually record with the record button.

What firmware version is your base station and cameras currently running? Do the videos appear when viewing the library over the web portal?

I called Arlo. I needed a network firewall. Cleaned all the malware off my computer and installed a firewall for my network. Everything is now working via remote intervention and corrections. Thank you for responding. You are the only person who did. Thanks again. I'm back up and running again. Sue
