No notifications since last update

We have not been receiving any alerts or notifications since the last update. It still records but does not send push notifications. I have restarted the base as well as my phone and reinstalled the app on my Pixel XL.

First, check to see if you have given Arlo phone permissions. Under Setting>Apps>Arlo>Permissions.

Yes. I went through many of the posts on here and checked everything before asking.
I've had no problems from my Arlo since we installed them back in April.

Now I and getting intermittent notifications but the sound is wrong and no matter what I change it to is stays on the same sound.

Hey @Mshams115,

 

What I would suggest is try to go to your rules and disable the push notifications and save it and then go back to enabling the push notifications and save it again and see if that works.
