I have connected my Arlo Pro system to a new internet provider and modem, and now it will not play live video when requested and displays an error message saying that "The connection to the media server has timed out".

I have another Arlo Pro system connected to the same internet provider and same modem at another location, but it has no issues. Can you assist.

It would appear that the LEDs on the base are all green, correct? I would start by rebooting the modem, router and base, in that order. Also, test your internet connection using speedtest.net and report the results here.

All green lights.

Have completely reset the system and resynced all cameras.

Internet speed 22meg down, 5meg up.

 

When I go to to live view a camera it just spins a wheel and then times out.

One camera captures and records a snapshot, but other one says it has recorded but no recording is stored.

 

I will try another reboot and resync.
