Can’t connect Pro camera to base. Always orange light on camera.

When? Does the camera flash blue when first inserting the battery? What happens when you press the sync button? Are you only briefly pressing the base sync button and not holding it for 2 seconds?

It’s when I try and get my phone to recognise the camera, doesn’t work. Camera flashes orange. I think cmera is failing to sync. Bought the pro from Amazon and wonder if its a dud.

When you say it flashes orange, is it blinking fast or slow? If it's blinking slow, it means your camera batteries are low. If it's blinking fast, then it did not sync with the Base Station. Feel free to read this article if your camera is not syncing with your Base Station: My Arlo camera will not sync with my SmartHub or base station; how can I troubleshoot it?
