Cannot Access Camera's since upgrade on IPHONE

greetings - it's seems very strange but since i upgraded my iphone 10 days ago, i can not access my camera's on my desktop or laptop, using either Google Chrome or Internet Explorer; I can only access them from my iphone. thanks bunches caroline

Your Arlo account is the email address and password that you set the system up with. Are you logging into the same account on you computers and on the phone?
