May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I haven't tried anything yet. My husband is able to view our cameras so it is not the cameras themselves.

Still getting the orange message when I try to log in. I haven’t tried from my chromebook because I don’t use that when I want to check my cameras. I am usually away from my house and using my phone when I check them.
