Notifications okay, visible umber of recordings on front screen also works, but when access to library, empty on all 5 cameras

Power cycle the base. Use both the app and a browser. If no good, contact support to open a case.

If you live stream and manually record, is a library recording produced?
Also be sure when checking your library no filter is applied.

When I do a live recording a library file is created. After a day, it dissapears. I was on with the on-line chat. They has me power off and do a live recording. Everything dissapeared within a day.
When I first got my unit- it worked fine for a couple of weeks.

Dear James.
i just tried manual recording and yes, it was visible in the library.
i looked at the filters, they are all checked so it should show everything, I assume...
the crazy thing is, when I open the app the small recording indicator in the top right corner will tell me there is 12 recordings for that specific camera, when I access the library it's empty, AND when I return to the overview screen, the number has changed from 12 to 0.
i have had the system for 6 months, five cameras no problem, until January 28th . No changes were made to the system, my wifi or my subscription.

i just realized that the email notifications I have received has a date marking of dec 12. Even though it's a 2 minute old recording.
s that the same for you?
i have looked for a place to change time and date but can only find a place to insert an automated region based time zone,
Does anyone know where Arlo pick up the time and date information?

Seemed like the system had a wrong date, since the library only contains 1 week and the date was one month earlier the recordings dissapered.
I chancer time zone and rebooted the system, problem solved
