Arlo Pro 2 recording not showing in library

Had to do a factory reset on my Arlo Pro 2 base. Added cameras etc but now I get notifications in the Ios app but nothing shows in the library. All recordings show in the library using web access. If I go to the device in the app and hit the number for recordings the recording will flash in the library and then disappear.  Also am I supposed to have a recording option in the IOS app when activating the live option?

Assuming you are using the account administrator credentials.
Had you updated the arlo iOS app on the mobile device?
Try reinstalling the app again.

Thank You! Reloading the app did it. Did not think to do that because I had reloaded twice before, but I think that was before the base reset.
