Arlo base station is connected directly to my hub. I use 4 camers. The camewr outside, which I am having issues with, goes offline alot. I swapped cameras with a non issue camera. That is also having the same issue at that location.
I had the camera in that location for months and it worked fine.My feeling is distance. I don't lknow what is the camera range to the base station to cameras if at all that is it.

it is possible that there is now some interference close by. You may need to get a wifi range extender and a second base station to hook that camera up to. I have three base stations and have my cameras divided among them - one in the center of the house and the other base stations are at either end of my house thus giving me 3 bars of signal strength for all of my cameras.
