Hi all newbie here!

Just purchased an Arlo Pro 2 camera kit and I am wanting to connect the hub to an external hard drive.

The hard drive that I am hoping to use is a WD My Cloud.

Could someone in the community please advise which is the best cable to go for and maybe supply a link to where I can purchase it?

Many thanks in advance 🙂

The MY CLOUD doesnt support connecting as an external device.  I have one and it doesnt work.  I just ended up getting another external HD and connecting it to the base station.

On the PRO, the usb will support a directly connected USB drive or usb speed stick.

The unit must be formatted in FAT32 and max size is 2TB

Most NASes have a USB port that's strictly for adding data, such as from a thumb drive or digital camera.
