Good morning,

 

I am receiving notifications taht motion has been detected on my mobile phone - however when i open the Ap there are no recordings?

 

it worked perfectly yesterday.

Some people have found power cycling or restarting their base station has fixed this but I couldn't be 100% sure. Others have previously found that the recorded videos have appeared in their library up to a few hours later. Not very good at all

Try restarting your base station first

OMG, I am sooo OVER ARLO & Netgear, THIS IS CRIMINAL. I rely on security at my house. I consistently getting texts that motion has been detected, but NO RECORDING in Library or 1-second worth though it is set to record for 20 seconds

 

I have spent over $1500.00 on these pieces of SH!?.

 

I will never recommend these to ANYONE. Looking for new security system, any ideas.

Consider rebooting your base station using the on-off button, allow the base station to come back online and test again to see if you get the same behavior. Are there any firmware updates available?

 

Check your systems firmware and make sure you are on the latest version: Release Notes
