Everything has been working great till yesterday. I notice it only recorded 1 of 10 events that happened. Today it only recorded 1 of 13 events. Also no emails.. strange.. any pointers please.

First steps are to power cycle the base and verify that you have the latest firmware as noted in the Release Notes area here.
