Blacked out recording

I have an Arlo Pro two camera system both cameras are outside, These have been in operation since Oct. 2016. I have been getting a number of recordings that are entirely black. Seems like this has been happening since the firmware upgrade the fixed the 'charging paused battery temperature too low' message. When I play them some are entirely black others have video at some point.

Firmware on the base is 1.8.2.4_10232 on the cameras 1.090.0.0_9945.

Netgear support has determined that the camera is defective and will be replacing it.

How is the playback if downloaded?   Many times the black screen is flash playback issues too.

 

Also try another browser for playback

If all the same, power cycle the base and reset the cameras by opening and closing battery doors.
