Arlo Wire Free, two of three cameras will not sync

I just got the arlo wire free 3 camera set and my husband was able to get one camera to sync to the base station before he left for two weeks for work and now I'm trying to get the other two to sync and both of them just blink blue for a long time and then stop. I got one to blink fast blue at first but nothing showed up on the app and it never actually synced. Tried it again with the same camera and nothing. Has anyone else had this problem? If so what did you do to resolve this issue?

Pull out the battery and replace to reset the camera

Make sure the charge level is good for the cameras ( under SETTINGS>camera )

Push the base sync button QUICKLY ( don't hold ) and a couple secs later the camera button
