Base station offline Arlo pro

Anybody else having issue with app/web saying base is offline?  All three lights all green.  Rebooted it couple times. internet/middle light is blinking so it's connected but can't see on app or web.. saying its "offline".  TIA

It came back on by itself after a short period of time. Not sure if was on my side or the system.

Mine is off line. No light for internet connection. Tried trouble shooting.

Not sure what you tried, but the troubleshooting steps are here: https://kb.arlo.com/996/My-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-is-offline-how-can-I-troubleshoot-it

 

You can ignore step 7 - the ports will be open on a home router, and of course it worked before.

You could try resetting the base.  https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-to-the-default-values

Yes I’m having same problem after we lost power
