Arlo wire free We changed the internet in our home

Hi
We changed the internet in our home. then I connected the base station to the new internet using ethernet cable.

Then i synced the camera with the base station...blue light blinking and all that fun stuff. But when I hit Finish on the app or on computer, it reverts back to "Add device" instead of showing the camera video. It is basically not recognizing at all that i completed adding the base station and camera, it looks like.

What LED lights are green or amber on the base station?

Maybe try a hard reset of the base station with the button on the back

I've changed the router in my network many times as well as the modem (somewhat similar to changing ISPs but not exactly) with no issues - I did nothing to make Arlo work. Did your router change (ISP-owned maybe)?  ISP-owned routers have been known to need settings changed to allow access to the Arlo servers.
