The Customer support line doesn't pick up so sending my request via the community forum. I purhcased Arlo cameras at Best Buy Canada, tried them for 2 days and returned the products to Best Buy. I had to purhcase the premium service and since cameras were returned I want a refund on the cloud premium package. please contact me via email or by phone.

Service can be canceled by logging in to your account and navigating to your subscription from Settings > Subscription.
