Arlo pro won't connect

Trying to add 3rd camera. First attempt it tried to update for over half an hour. Didn't happen. Second attempt I got a blue and amber light. Would not connect. Third attempt nothing happens...no lights at all. What's going on?

Have you tried restarting the base and trying again?

Also, open and close the battery door on the camera to reset the camera.
