I believe Netgear is aware of this and working on a fix... other than that, got nothing

What power adapter did you purchase? Third-party power adapters are not recommended and may cause issues like you describe.
Is the power adapter you're using the Arlo branded VMA4700 found here: Outdoor Power Adapter (VMA4700)

Does the problem camera behave the same way with the original charger that was included with your Arlo kit (standard indoor wall plug/usb cable)?

Either the camera or battery is bad. Swap at the store or open a case with support here.

I have the same problem with Arolo Professional. The batteries do not charge. Wasred time trying to troublechoot. Bad product, but stuck with it.

As with all the other suggestions all over these forums, don't beat your head against a wall.If it's a hardware issue either swap at the store or open a case with support.
