Arlo pro no audio issues

I’ve just bought the Arlo Pro stick up internal camera & simply the audio to the camera does not work - are there any software updates needed?

Model: VMC4030 | Arlo Pro Wire-Free Camera

Your cameras are up tp date on the latest firmware. I have a few questions for you.

  1. Is this audio issue from a recording in your library or the push to talk feature?
  2. Have you tried to reboot the camera by Removing > Re-inserting the battery?
  3. Is this occurring on all of you cameras?
  4. Does this issue occur on the Arlo app & Web portal
  5. What version of the Arlo app are you using?
