I’ve just bought the Arlo Pro stick up internal camera & simply the audio to the camera does not work - are there any software updates needed?

Your cameras are up tp date on the latest firmware. I have a few questions for you.
- Is this audio issue from a recording in your library or the push to talk feature?
- Have you tried to reboot the camera by Removing > Re-inserting the battery?
- Is this occurring on all of you cameras?
- Does this issue occur on the Arlo app & Web portal
- What version of the Arlo app are you using?
