HELLO. I HAVE BEEN USING THE ARLO PRO FOR ONE WEEK NOW. UP UNTIL YESTERDAY I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT. SOMETIME YESTERDAY THE MICROPHONE ICON IS NOT SHOWING. WHY?  I HAVE REBOOTED AND CHARGED BOTH BATTERIES. ALSO IN SETTINGS, MICROPHONE AND SPEAKER ARE "ON".  HOW DO I BRING BACK THE MICROPHONE ICON BACK TO INTERACT WITH MY DOG?

It's working now on iOS.. You may need to Delete the App and re-download it..

 You can use other alternative such as the regular Web (Chrome/Firefox/IE) or Android.. At this time, no iOS.. Netgear Arlo is aware of the issue.. It's just a matter of time and wait when it gets fixed..

I deleted my app and when restoring it, it picked the one in my cloud(which properly is one of the same) my icon is lit until I go live then it's not.

Log out by navigating to Settings > Profile > Log out. Enter your password information and log back in.

 

This should restore the microphone icon.
