Please help .... my Arlo pro has a major lag time when view live...up to 20 seconds delay ...which makes 2 way communication useless.

What devcies are you using ... OS versions.

 

Also , contact Netgear Support as if the problem is with the app, they can't fix it if unaware.

Tom meant computer and/or phone and which OS versions.  The audio lag can be dependent on the exact device and OS.

Also, what's the status of your connection?

 

* Do you have a connection that can support Arlo Pro?

* Do you have any excessive lengths that may inhibit wireless connectivity?

* What is your internet service like? Slow, spotty, non-reputable company?

15 second leg is on Android that's for the video. The internet speed is 50,50 down and up load speed. Verizon FiOS is the internet provider very reliable . The cameras are not too far away I have 3 bars.

I also have iPad there still is a lag when trying to view the live feeds . This happens weather using Wi-Fi or cellular service
