Received two CAM Arlo PRO package. Followed all instructions and successfully added and viewed first of two CAMS. Attempted second CAM and either would not sync or took forever to sync. Once shown in APP the second CAM quickly stated device is offline. This happened a few times without correction. Reset CAM following protocol and end result is still the same. This appears to be an ongoing issue as noted throughout the community. Not a happy first time user.

As suggested above, did you try plugging the camera in? Do you still see the same behavior? Please let us know.

Same thing here, only 1 camera got messed-up. I removed my device from my cellphone, I might add it later when I get home. One more that I noticed, that the battery charge went down so fast. Unlike the other 3 cameras.

Similar thing happened with me, I had a 2 camera kit, one camera quickly went offline. After walking thru troubleshooting steps with support they sent me a new battery. Started happening again, they are replacing my camera.
Note above make sense that the battery drains quicly trying to attached to base station...but it's either the battery or the camera, so it makes sense just to get them both replaced..
