About 3 months ago, we purchase a single Arlo Pro to test out at our house. We like the fact that it will record and we can also watch the video live on our phones. So, we spend the $300 (or whatever it was) on a single unit with the hopes to upgrade. If it worked out, we planned on getting 3 more of the house and 4 for our business.

We setup the Arlo Pro inside our house to record the living room area toward the front door. Daytime it works decent but night time is it "OK". To get the night vision to pickup, we had to place 2 night lights in the room not to mention we have a large 100gallon salt water tank that admits quite a bit of light as well. Seems to be a LOT of light for this to even pickup the "night vision".

This weekend the battery died in the camera. We took it down and recharged it. Last night, when we put it back up (with the lighting in the house the same), the screen was black. You could see 1 dot of light that is one of the 2 lights but that is it. NOTHING like it has been for the past 3 months. We went from barley having night vision to no night vision. We never touched a setting on the camera via the phone or anything. We also tried the "pop out the battery trick" that we have seen here with no results.

Anyone have any ideas? For the amount of money we paid for this, I am VERY glad at this point we didnt buy all 8 of the camers we planned to in the beginning. We were hoping for better than sub pair performance out of this setup given its price tag.
