Arlo camera will not sync with wifi

I am unable to get my Arlo Pro camera logged on to my WiFi. Everything else is working including my 2 Ring Cameras. I need to speak with someone as videos are not helpful.

    If it's truly a Pro camera, you have to connect to a base or hub - it's not possible to connect to your WiFi. To be sure we're talking about the right camera, remove the battery and look inside the compartment for a label that has VMCxxxx on it. That will confirm the camera model.
