Is anyone selling one

Arlo stopped making them long ago.  You can still find used ones, and occasionally old (but unused) inventory.

 

There are generally some on ebay.  One challenge is that sometimes the previous owner neglected to remove the camera from their account.  Then you'll find that you cannot install the camera to your account.
