Arlo base and cameras stopped working

Help! We purchased these last summer and they stopped working in November. Tried everything but nothing works at all. We’ve googled it, attempted several times to contact Arlo without any results.

Take it all down ( not mentioned what you tried already ) by using REMOVE DEVICE , cameras first then base.

Do a full reset of base ( hold reset for 10 secs till led flashes )

Bring all back as if new setup ( add devices ), base first.

Same with me ! It sorts me hours to  setup the entire system again; the Arlo support is the worst I’ve ever experienced from any company!!!!!!
