ALL ARLO Cameras have power drain issues even the solar one. Goes 4 days tops. Contacted support.

I've been having this issue for almost two weeks now. i have four cameras 3 on battery charge and 1 on battery with solar

 

after i charge all three of my cameras i notice the battery has been draining super fast lasting about 4 days tops. my 3 cameras are located around my house where there is no foot traffic, i usually last about 5 months. Also during this issue i notice my front camera with the arlo solar panel , the battery started to drain super quick also, i have never charged this camera since i had the solar panel on it. so i took it down gave the battery a charge to 100% and hooked it back up with the panel. its been 3 days it shows the camera needs a charge..( WTH) A week ago i notice i had a update, and was wondering if that was the issue i trolled the internet found some post from 2018 and 2019 about a update issue. 

 

So i called customer service and OMG , that was no help

 

1. i can barely hear the person on the other the phone sounded like he was in a bathroom or a hallway , or some call center in INDIA.... ( sorry not trying to be funny or racist )

 

2. i explain to the person about the issue and ask if there is a update issue or a fix. he puts me on hold for like 5 min so he can consult with his manager , during that time i go outside get a ladder and take my front camera down with solar panel . to charge it.  the guy comes back on and tells me there is no issue or any update issue, and he cant do anything but send my case to another department yo review and they will contact me.  WTH again NO HELP.

> educated the cx to check the connection between the solar and camera
>checked cx using the same Arlo charging cable
>educated the cx that will check with the concern team and will get back with the update
