I am extremely pissed 

I have had arlo cameras since 2017 and apparently I can no longer speak to anyone!!????

online chat is biggest bull**bleep** ever

does not have what I need or understand what I want 

My arlo app is not working 

I am getting notifications on my phone and some emails of motion on cameras but when I get on app there’s no devices or recordings

i have active subscription and storage!!!!!!!

guess I’m going have get cameras from someone else

You are entitled to phone support, since you have a subscription.  The challenge is that you get that support through the app, which isn't working.

 

Have you tried restarting the phone?  Also, uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

 

I am tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) in hopes they can create a case on your behalf.

multiple times for both

i finally found their phone number on app tho after spending hour searching on web which is where I’ve always gotten their number before 

one number I called said as of last year they no longer had a number and everything on app

waiting for them call

Unfortunately people doing that have usually ended up at a scam support site.
