I was having issues getting logged in while Kaspersky was enabled, but not when it was disabled. I contacted Kaspersky and was provided a solution:

Open Kaspersky - Settings (gear icon at bottom)

Select Protection - Wen Anti-Virus

Select Advanced Settings (bottom of screen)

Select URL Advisor - Check URLs - Manage Exclusions

Add https://my.arlo.com/#/cameras

This issue has caused me a lot of difficulty. I tried doing what JRalph suggests (and nearly every other suggestion) but none of them worked. I am using Google Chrome on a Windows computer and I could only get access to my Arlo account by turning off Kaspersky web antivirus. I discussed the problem with Arlo but they were unable to help so I went to Kaspersky and here is their solution (which works every time), I received this e-mail:

Please do the following in order to add a website to the trusted URLs:

1) In the Kaspersky main window go to "Settings => Protection => Web Anti-Virus => Advanced Settings => Configure trusted web pages
2) Click on "Add", enter the following addresses of the website you wish to add and set the status to "Active"

https://my.arlo.com/hmsweb/client/subscribe
https://myapi.arlo.com/hmsweb/client/subscribe

3) Confirm by clicking on "Add".

So for anyone suffering from this problem I definitely recommend this as the solution.
