Arlo Pro will not reconnect

I had to resync this camera twice before for this same issue. Now it will not reconnect at all regardless. Any ideas? Btw, this camera and system is only 5 weeks old. Help!

I would open the battery door, pull pack, then replace.

Go to settings and use REMOVE DEVICE for the camera

Bring the camera back as new ( this will reset the camera and all the base settings for it )

 

Also swap it with another camera ( location ) to see if issue follows camera

 

If issue continues, contact Netgear support
