Arlo Pro videos recording, but will not play back in app

My arlo pro camera is capturing motion and recording videos (I have them set for 1 minute). However, the videos will not play back from my library. I know the video captures the full minute...the videos show a time of roughly a minute and I can slide the time bar and it shows the 'frame by frame' content. I did recently switch my home internet provider (and was able to watch video playback prior to the switch). I went from a much slower dsl line to higher speed cable internet. The video isn't buffering or loading when I attempt to play it back...it just stops playing at the first second. Anyone else experience this? How did you remedy the situation. I've also restarted the base unit and camera.
