camera recording alerts being received but no video showing just a white screen no video

ok, at night video and sound recording and i am receiving the video but its not showing the video just white etc. this morning video of movement in the daylight everything captured able to view it?????

Are you shooting through a window? If so, disable night vision in Settings so the IR illuminators don't reflect off the window.
