Curious if anyone knows why some of the cameras will record longer than my mode setting?
Example: Record for 20 seconds, but it records for 2 minutes.
This only happens 10% of the time though. Even when there is still motion (ie, gardener day), the cameras don't record long videos when it probably should since there is motion detected. They sometimes leave a gap before the next video is recorded.

It might be worthwhile to rest the time to something, save and then set it back and save again, just to force the setting. Power cycle the base since sometimes a setting gets confused there. Last, what mode are you using - a custom one or a default?
The gap between recordings is always there - it varies from 5-30 seconds, depending on a variety of issues. Right now, the only "solution" is to set the recording time appropriately - longer may help but if you get lots of long videos, battery life can be an issue.
