Arlo Pro how to schedule recordings

Trying to find how to schedule recordings. My modem has been switching off at night and I think it is because of scheduling, but I can't access it. Sorry. I'm a 79 year old newby.

By modem, do you mean base station? Or internet modem?

Thanks Steve. Meantime I resolved my problem, I think. With some difficulty I set up schedules for all me cameras. (I meant my internet modem, whcu connects to my base station.)
