I just installed a new Arlo Pro wireless camera system with the latest updates, and it has been working OK up to shortly ago. All lights on the base unit are green, but I'm now getting a message stating: "Your Arlo device appears offline. Please make sure it is powered on and connected to the Internet." I'm accessing the internet with other devices (ie: this computer) through the same router. If all lights on the base are green, why am I getting the above message? Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you!

You can also REBOOT the base unit ( not the cameras ) from SETTINGS>base > RESTART

Thanks for the response, but my purpose for the Arlo solution is to use when I'm away from home for extended periods. I can't reset it remotely, and if it keeps going offline, it doesn't do me much good. Thanks again! - 5777

But, don't you need to resynch cameras after rebooting ?

I manually power cycled the base and didn't need to resync the cameras.

Absolutely, if just recycling power, but if you do a reset, then you have to resynch the cameras.
