Arlo Pro email alerts not arriving in my Hotmail account, but works with gmail.
I have had the same issue since late 2018. I finally spent time this past weekend debugging the issue. I went to my hotmail account, and added both firstname.lastname@example.org and arlo.com to the safe list domains. I checked my junkmail and there are no arlo alerts. I enclosed a screen shot of my hotmail config.
Lastly, I modified the alert policy to email me both at hotmail and at my gmail account. i then triggered motion on my camera and I consistantly receive email alerts to gmail but not to hotmail.
I contacted hotmail support, and they responded with the following:

If these emails are never arriving in your account, you will need to go to the sender and have them contact Microsoft Sender Support at http://postmaster.live.com. Please understand, we can only troubleshoot emails that actually arrive in your inbox. We have a specialized team that can work with the sender of the email to find out why you are not receiving these emails.
